Art Of Pole 5 DVD Set

Art Of Pole 5 DVD Set

Art Of Pole 5 DVD Set

This set includes five different DVDs covering a multitude of levels so there is something for the absolute beginner to the very advanced student. This is also a great collection for instructors as Jamilla goes over optional hand grips etc. It's very professional looking and all the moves are demonstrated clearly.

From the DVD website:
Designed to lead pole dancers all the way through from basic steps around the pole to some of the most advanced pole moves and transitions, The Art of Pole Collection is the definitive guide to pole dancing. Combining single move tuition with small combinations and then mini routines, all aspects of this art form are catered for: walks, spins, climbs, inversions, mounts and dismounts; smooth transitioning, snappy combinations, and the touches that make pole moves into pole dance. The series covers ALL LEVELS from Beginner through to Advanced, all with comprehensive detailed instruction and demonstration.

Love it!

I have this DVD set and I love it. Bought a pole kit and I do everything at home; I don't even go to outside classes anymore.

I bought all five dvd's and I think they're amazing. Jamilla goes throught the steps clearly and even covers safety aspects which weren't even covered in the pole class I go to.

Great for experienced polers

I have purchased vol 3. I would rate it intermediate level.

It covers cupid/princess, superman, straight leg climb, butterfly, shoulder mount preparation, advanced plank, aerial upright V, hello boys (aka venus, V sit), cross ankle release (aka hangback, falling angel), shooting star - as well as some combos / routines to teach transitions between these moves.

Jamilla is very easy to follow, very informative and the demos are exceptionally clear and well executed. A really good DVD. She gives you plenty of time to practice, and covers hand and foot positioning, momemtum etc etc in good detail for each move. Most spins are covered on spinny and static pole.
