Our clients come from all walks of life... varying in ages, shapes and fitness levels. Aradia ladies come to our studio looking to have some fun, get motivated with a new workout, build self-confidence or unleash their "sexy side".

We have developed a safe and effective pole dancing program by breaking the challenging pole moves into easy-to-learn steps. We then incorporate sensual movement, dance, yoga and stretching to develop your strength and flexibility safely! We find that our students also gain a sense of wellness as they learn to adore, celebrate and flaunt every curve of their body.

Our instructors are women just like you - including mothers, teachers, accountants, medical technicians and police officers. Each instructor is a former student who fell in love with this fun and exhilarating form of fitness... and had to share it with the other women in their community!

All of our classes are held at our private studio located in Cary, North Carolina, complete with nine brass poles. We offer a variety of sexy classes including:
