Classes:

Level 1-2 Divas Pole Intro & Advance Intro

Learn the basics of pole fitness. Every diva new to pole fitness is required to take the intro to pole class. Learn walks, poses, spins and basic moves and understanding of fundamental exercise.



Level 3 Divas Pole Scroll

You have the basic fundamentals now it’s time to go upside down or perfect your inversions with confidence. Divas must know at least 3 spins, can invert and climb the pole.


Level 4 Divas Vertical Advance Class

Divas embrace the true sport associated with pole fitness. Now the Divas are bare feet, pointed toes, handstands and challenging sports-style moves! You’re on your way to becoming a Diva Gymnast!


Sexy Pole Sculpting

Divas warm up with a Sexy Sculpt & Tone routine with a certified fitness trainer to increase flexibility before getting ready to soar on the pole.
