PoleRhythmx® (Artistic & Aerobic Pole Dance)

PoleRhythmx ® is a beautiful acrobatic form of dance. It is an amazing total body workout that targets all of the core muscles in the body. One vertical pole can replace an entire home gym. The vertical pole can be used for strength training, cardio & muscle toning.

PoleRhythmx® also has a positive effect on psychological health by improving self-esteem, confidence, and combining the creative part of the brain with physical exercise. Every woman is beautiful and deserves the opportunity to feel sexy and free.

Women rarely get to express their sensuality. Our classes offer a safe and nurturing environment for the exploration of femininity. Every woman deserves to see themselves as a sensual being and Nouveau Dance Studio’s PoleRhythmx® offers this opportunity in a safe, secure, private and professional dance studio. Classes are kept small, intimate and exclusive to ensure maximum individual attention.


Our classes are a blend of sexy dance routines with the pole being used as an accessory to your fitness routines. Basic pole tricks will be taught to accentuate the routine but it is not the basis of our classes.

Do not feel intimidated by the professional pole dancing videos you may have seen in the past. Long since removed from gentlemen's clubs and topless bars, pole dancing is now recognised by contemporary women for the many benefits it brings on so many levels.

Our classes are for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Our goal is for you to have fun while having a fantastic workout with a new exciting fusion of pole dancing and dance - PoleRhythmx®.

Due to the nature of this type of class we are limiting attendance to adult ladies only. Regret no spectators allowed during classes.
