This performance earned Felix the title of "Felix - 2009 World Pole Dance Champion," and rightfully so.
Felix is not only an incredible dancer, she's a true performer at heart, as you'll see in the clip below.
It seems that every year the bar is raised at local, regional, and national competitions; the caliber of dancing just keeps getting better and better.
Felix's 2009 World Pole Dance championship performance is proof of that!
In the video, you'll notice that the pole on the right is stationary, while the one on the left is a rotating or spinning model. At one point Felix climbs to the top of the rotating pole and launches herself into a spin, with incredible effect.

And check out the hands-free vertical split towards the end...amazing! There are some incredible tricks in this routine, and the composition and flow are inspiring, to say the least.
In addition to the strength, grace, and flexibility needed to compete at this level, Felix has an impressive stage presence, and just oozes confidence. It's no wonder she earned this coveted title.
