About Pole Fitness Classes

The sensual movement of pole dancing brings together elements of
ballet, yoga, pilates, belly dancing and other forms of dance while
fully exploring all aspects of sensuality through beautiful, slow &
controlled flowing movement. It is a celebration of femininity and
because each woman's body moves differently, this class embodies that
which makes each woman so unique. Pole dancing is the art of using a
polished steel or brass pole as a tool in artistic expression.
