Hi my name is Tiffany I am the founder and owner of SXE Studios

My skills and talents have enabled me to help many woman to achieve their short and long term goals from losing weight, weight management, confidence rehabilitation, toning, shaping, diet and nutritional advice, postural development and enhanced their whole style and become sexy.

Using my experience with Dance and Exercise I’ve combined the art of feeling fit healthy and sexy by creating Different but proven workouts.



All my sessions are artistically developed to meet every client’s unique demands. I integrate my use of dance and fitness into my training techniques resulting in a leaner, more agile more coordinated body. My clients will learn how to move from their core, improve their balance, athletic skills and most importantly feel good in their bodies

I'm a Qualified level 3 personal trainer /non medical nutrtionist level 2 exercise to music and circuit kettlebells and box to fit trainner founder and specialist of sxxxy aerobics
