The UK's longest running classes for amateurs, for fun & fitness! Based in Leeds, we have various venues, but can travel anywhere with portable equipment.



Our aim is to provide classes which entertain, and make participants feel good, whatever their level, shape or size. The fitness aspect comes almost without noticing you are doing a workout, as it's such fun.

Classes are dance based, ie not just a fitness workout doing difficult gymnastic moves, but including choreography, footwork, & transitions, so that participants can put together a beautiful & flowing routine at any level.

Venues are entertainment and recreation venues, rather than fitness centres, and the atmosphere is friendly & relaxed.

We aim to make pole dancing as accessible as possible to as many types of people as possible (join our facebook group 'pole dancing 4 fun 4 all, even 4 lazy couch potatoes!')

We stock a range of grip products, and gripping clothing, which means that those who are not keen on showing too much flesh can join in too.

Hen parties are a specialty- over the last nine years we have had hundreds of brides to be and their friends having a wail of a time up poles!

Recently added to our repertoire are circus/burlesque style classes in hoop, silk swing & trapeze.
