Pole Dancing is a new alternative way to enjoy exercise, in a fun and friendly environment. It is extremely glamorous, sexy and empowering. Ladies there is no need to be embarrassed, our lessons are for all levels, abilities, ages, sizes and shapes. I can guarantee you, you'll leave your first lesson wanting more!

Now this is the part you are all interested in, pole dance fitness uses muscles you never knew you had and concentrates on all area of the body. We have classes from beginners to advanced. Every time you come to class, you will see the benefits of an overall more toned, sexy body that you will want to show off everywhere you go and the discovery of sensuality, sexiness and confidence is amazing.

Pole dance fitness is the ultimate sense of self expression. Through pole dance fitness, you will develop a sense of your new sensuality and body awareness.

Our instructors have an array of dance experience including gymnastics, aerial trapeze and etc.
