We offer pole dance classes in progressive levels in 6 and 4 week sessions. Small class sizes with only one student per pole ensures one on one time with the instructor and quality instruction.
We also have small group training classes in pole fit, tush n abs, cycle fit, bodysculpt, just dance, bootcamp, yoga and more! All of our instructors are certified, experienced and have first aid and cpr.
Our studio also provides parties in studio and in home for bachelorettes, birthdays, girls night out and any event you can think of. Choose from lap dance, pole dance and pussy cat doll dance lessons.
Want one on one? We provide not only one on one pole dance instruction, but personal training as well.
Our studio is the only one in Canada which provides a Pole Dance certification program and a Pole Fit program which is recognized by Can Fit Pro - the governing body for fitness in Canada. Earn CEC's and become a certified pole instructor with us!
