We offer pole dance classes in progressive levels in 6 and 4 week sessions. Small class sizes with only one student per pole ensures one on one time with the instructor and quality instruction.
We also have small group training classes in pole fit, tush n abs, cycle fit, bodysculpt, just dance, bootcamp, yoga and more! All of our instructors are certified, experienced and have first aid and CPR.
Our studios also provide parties in studio and in home for bachelorettes, birthdays, girls night out and any event you can think of. Choose from lap dance, pole dance and pussy cat doll dance lessons.
Want one on one? We provide not only one on one pole dance instruction, but personal training as well.
Live Once is the only pole dance studio in Canada which provides a Pole Dance certification program and a Pole Fit program which is recognized by Can Fit Pro - the governing body for fitness in Canada. Earn CEC's and become a certified pole instructor with us!

The new studio is a beautiful, spacious, newly renovated 4000 square foot facility with 12, 18 foot poles (spinning and non-spinning), a spacious change room, comfortable lounge room, washrooms with a shower, store, beautiful reception area and more!
