Missouri Pole Dancing

Our Missouri pole dancing directory page is sponsored by:

If you're in Missouri and are searching for a studio where you can take classes, or perhaps a pole dancing party business that can help you throw a great stagette or birthday party, you're in the right place! Our directory can help you get connected.

Just look at the listings below to locate a studio in your area. We've listed all the ones we're currently aware of, but we're always on the lookout for new businesses that have just opened their doors.

If you know of a Missouri pole dancing studio that's not listed here, please ask them to visit our pole dance directory to submit their information. We'll gladly add them to our worldwide directory!

To see more details on any of the studios listed below, just click on their link. That will take you to a special Showcase Page where you can get all the details on that particular studio. This is also where you'll find contact information so you can get in touch with their front desk in case you have any questions.

Here's our current list of Missouri pole dancing opportunities:

St. Louis
Divine Body Fitness

If you can't find a studio close to you in the listings above, you can always try the nifty search feature below to cast a wider net. It's quick and easy to use!

Just type "pole dancing" without the quotes, into the box below. Also include your city or general area to help pinpoint your target area. Then just hit the search button. If there are any new studios in your area, or ones that haven't yet submitted their details to our directory, they'll turn up in your search (assuming they have a website of course) and will be displayed right here for you to see.

Still no luck?
Sorry to let you down. We'll continue our search for more Missouri pole dancing studios and invite them to submit a listing to our directory so more people can find them in the future.

But right now you still need some help, right? Here are a few suggestions to help you get started with this fun sport, even if there's no studio nearby where you can take classes.

You might want to start on this page where you'll find suggestions for other ways you can learn to pole dance if you don't have a studio in your city or town.

Did you know, for example, that online pole dancing lessons are hugely popular these days? They're very affordable and super convenient.

A year's subscription will typically cost you less than signing up for one session of group classes at a studio. And you can watch and practice anywhere, anytime...even on a mobile device!

Another option is to pick out a pole dance DVD or two. DVDs are also inexpensive, and there are some really good ones available these days from professional performers and teachers. You can learn more on this page of pole dancing DVD reviews.

There are even some really great books you can get that will teach you pole dancing tricks. Believe it or not, these are a great way for some people to learn, and they're just plain fun to have lying around. You can pick them up and browse for inspiration any time you have a few minutes, and your friends will love being able to see what you're learning!

Of course, it goes without saying that if you plan to teach yourself at home, you'll be needing to get some information on the various pole dancing poles that are available. I wrote these dance pole reviews just to help people like you make the important decision about which type is best for them.

I hope you're not too disappointed at not being able to find a local studio, and that this information inspires you to start learning on your own!
