Vixen Fitness is more than just a fitness studio...we're a retreat for the mind, body and soul!

Vixen Fitness offers classes in Pole Fitness, Chair Dancing, Burlesque, Spin, Yoga, Aerial Silks, Aerial Yoga, Zumba, Belly Dancing, Bootcamp, Hula Hoop, Foxy Boxing, Sexy Flexy Stretch, Booty Bouncin', PiYo, TurboKick, and Pole Strength

Vixen Fitness features instructors from all types of backgrounds. We have certified Spin, Pole, Zumba and Yoga instructors with extensive knowledge in their field of expertise.

We are pleased to count celebrity pole athlete Allison Cox, US Pole Dance Federation Professional, among our teaching staff.




We are open Monday to Saturday from 9am - 1pm, and from 5pm - 10pm. We are also open Sunday mornings for classes.

The studio is closed on all major holidays.
