Mile HIgh Pole Club is the newest and most affordable pole fitness studio in the Denver metro area. We feature 15 stainless steel spinning poles, offering pole instruction, fitness and dance classes. We also have a Chair Floor class, which features a monthly choreographed routine song. Our Sexy Fit class is a cardio dance class similar in style to Zumba classes. We offer private parties for Bachelorettes, Newly Single, and Ladies' Night Out.
