Pole~ah~Tease is a unique sensual dance class that blends a combination of deep stretching and Pilates with all the prettiest dance techniques from various styles, including: pole dancing, belly dancing, kundalini yoga, Latin dancing, burlesque, ballet, tango, and more.
Our intense workout focuses on stretching and building muscles to help you perform tricks and routines safely while toning and sculpting gorgeous muscles in the process.
We offer over 125 fun moves on the pole across the 9 levels of our curriculum, and each trick is tried and tested as possible for all kinds of women so you won't feel limited by age, shape or size - you'll simply have fun discovering confidence in yourself as sexy, happy woman.
