Valerie is certified by the the AFAA and also Nationally Certified by the PDIC. She is the only Pole Fitness Instructor in greater Sacramento certified to teach Pole Fitness. The highly-respected PDIC credential is earned only by those instructors who have a passion and dedication for the sport and art of pole.

Valerie completed her PDIC certification in Las Vegas under world-renowned Pole Fitness and Pole Dance instructor Fawnia Mondey-Dietrich, the most highly respected name in the industry as a leader and champion of Pole Fitness. Fawnia Mondey-Dietrich was the first to create the pole/fitness connection with the her original instructional video on Pole Dancing in 1998.

Pole fitness instructors who hold PDIC credentials are regarded as professionals who uphold the safety, dedication and skill mastery of pole fitness. Valerie is also a member of the Pole Fitness Association, IPF, USPDF, Pole Nation, APFA and NAPW.
