Welcome to Apple Jelly Studios! Apple Jelly is the collaborative work of 4 women who all share a passion for pole fitness and dancing.

Our mission is to encourage, educate and inspire students through our classes, and foster an exciting camaraderie amongst our Apple Jelly members.

We are dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental environment where our students can have fun and build self confidence through their personalized practice.



We offer pole foundation, basic movement, advanced movement, tricks foundation, tricks, advanced tricks, choreography, TRX, Pilates, yoga, chair fitness, flexibility, belly boot camp, and kettlebell. Our instructors are certified and practice safe poling techniques.

Looking for something fun to do for a girl’s night out? Pole Parties are a fun way to celebrate events with your girlfriends! Our Pole Parties are unforgettable celebrations for birthdays, brides-to-be, divorce parties and groups of women looking for an exciting way to bond.

Our studio has 8 poles, a flat screen, wall to wall mirrors, sexy red lights, and a great sound system. One of our experienced instructors will guide you through simple spins and sexy choreography while having the time of your life!

Apple Jelly Studios offers simplicity with our Unlimited Monthly Memberships, Pay and Play packages and Drop In rates. We also offer Rental-By-The-Hour for Outside Instructors who wish to utilize our studio for their own business!
