Is Spartanburg/Boiling Springs 1st Professional Womens Wellness and Pole Fitness Studio. We work with all women 18 and up in a very private studio. We specialize in Pole Fitness, Full figured, Yoga, Mommy Fit, Cougars (Ages 40+), belly dancing, lyra, Hip hop and Abs, Advance pole Fitness, Floor Grooves, and Chair Dancing. Our studio is here to help women gain confidence, self-esteem along with a great workout. Our main focus is to Tone and Shape the body in that womanly figure. Our class sizes are very small so we can give everyone a one on one experience. Along with the workouts we love to express our Girly side with our amazing parties. We love to have
