Pole-fxs is Wiltshire’s newest combination dance and alternative fitness class.I have a lot of dancing experience behind me, I am a freestyle dance instructor qualified through the International Dance Teachers Association, a qualified, registered ZUMBA instructor and I am Certified in pole fitness, I am also proficient in choreography (dance writing).

I believe that exercise should be friendly, fun and safe. I have a great deal of experience teaching dance based fitness and my qualifications have enabled me to create very unique pole dancing fitness combinations and routines.

Pole dance exercise is something that I love and wish to share with everyone as a form of fitness. Pole dancing is a very skilful activity that incorporates features of dancing, gymnastics, flexibility and strength. Pole dancing has so many benefits, amongst those benefits it helps to develop muscular strength, burns calories and tones the arms and tummy. Pole dancing is as challenging as YOU want it to be but most of all it is so much FUN.

All classes are taught at TLC - A Multi Award Winning Ladies Gym in Trowbridge, where Pole Dance Exercise classes have been successfully taught for 4 years. We have a custom built self contained private studio with built in air conditioning. Classes are taught from beginner to advanced level and whether you prefer to learn in a group environment (in a class) or alone, I can cater for all needs, private lessons are also available on request.
