Our mission is to simply get fit and have fun doing it! Polenastics is the new fun way to get fit!



ABOUT POLENASTICS CLASSES:
Our classes are mixed level so if you are a complete beginner or a super advanced student, you are welcome!! Any woman of any age (over 18), any size & any fitness level can join our classes!
Most classes will consist of learning new pole moves and tricks however we will introduce small routines into some of the classes to give students the chance to learn how to put all of their moves together!

GENERAL BREAKDOWN OF AN HOUR CLASS:
5 Minute Warm Up
45 Minutes Approx of Pole Time
5 Minutes Floor Work & Different Walking Styles
5 Minute Cool Down and stretches

WHY NOT COME TO ONE OF OUR DROP IN CLASSES TO SEE WHAT WE ARE ALL ABOUT??!

CLASS TIMES:
Drop In Tuesday's 7pm - 8pm & 8pm - 9pm
Drop In Saturday's 11am - 12.30pm

PARTIES
Polenastics pole parties can be held in your home or the venue of your choice. An instructor will come to you with portable tension poles and you will be shown tricks, transitions, spins and a routine, the hostess can even perform if they wish! Feel free to theme your party if you want!!
