 My name is SJ, I have now returned to teaching after my maternity leave and I'm ready to get back to making sure as many people as possible get to enjoy pole dancing lesson for fun and fitness. Pole is such a brilliant way to keep fit, it is very rewarding, you learn new moves that you can be proud of and see a progression in your strength and ability. It is also something you can do at your own pace and in your own time. If you have your own pole and a free hour you can try some new tricks or do a high impact cardio session (lots of moves linked together over as long as you can manage!) It is a great way to make new friends and become more flexible, and have a lot of fun while doing it!! *~*Huddersfield group lessons*~* Lessons held at new venue! 'The Zone' St Andrews Road, Huddersfield, near the Galpharm Stadium The home of the Champion Huddersfield Town & Giants Cheerleading teams is now home to Princess Pole Dancing! Mondays 7-8pm or 8-9pm Wednesdays 7-8pm or 8-9pm Teaching from an air conditioned mirrored dance studio, with sound and video projection system. Use of changing rooms and showers, vending machines and bar onsite and ample free parking. Using new X Stage Lite poles. You can choose your own day/time including day times for lessons and your own music and syllabus "style", rather than following what a group is doing, you can choose your own direction. Hen Do's, Birthdays, Xmas parties, Divorce parties, even parties for men! You choose the occasion I provide the feather boas, bubbly and the moves!!
