At Physique we offer general pole fitness classes that range from a Beginner to Advanced level.

General pole fitness classes combine concepts from yoga, pilates and various forms of dance as well as gymnastics and other aerial art forms.



In addition we offer specialty classes such as Pole Core and Conditioning, Pole Fusion which is a combination of yoga, ballet and pilates and Stretch and Flex. These classes can be taken alone or in addition to general pole fitness classes. Classes range from $20-$160

Wanna party with friends? Flirt by Physique offers you a fun and exciting pole party for your birthday, bachelorette or a girls night out. Get a taste of a mini pole lesson, striptease or chair dance lesson and much more. We offer your choice of catering options. Contact us for more information for your personalized event!
