Pole-Da-Cise been based in Wiltshire for over 5 years, offering classes to women and men of every age shape and size. With two dedicated studios we have 14 x-poles in total. We run pole fitness classes 6 days a week, daytime and evenings, and also offer parties.



We do not mix ability
No nudity
No heels
Pure fitness aerobic style classes including warm up and cool down.
No pole sharing
5 trained and experienced instructors.

Booked in blocks of 4 classes it's not a structured course so you can keep fit at your personal pace, and experienced staff lead you on and up when it's safe to do so.

Members have the chance to be a part of our offiical fundraising events for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance, which includes our Cabaret evenings with a 500 plus audience. It's a great experience for all abilities.
